Frequently asked questions
What size should my app icon be?
Start from 1024 × 1024 px. The App Store icon must be 1024 × 1024 without transparency, and Google Play needs 512 × 512 (32-bit PNG, up to 1 MB). Everything else can be generated from that master.
Do I still need every iOS icon size?
Not with Xcode 14 or later — a single 1024 × 1024 image is enough. Enable “legacy sizes” only if you target older Xcode versions.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Images never leave your device.
