Frequently asked questions
Should I reply to every App Store review?
Prioritise negative reviews and reviews that mention bugs or feature requests. A helpful public reply can lead users to update their rating and shows prospective users that you care.
Where do I reply to reviews?
In App Store Connect under Ratings and Reviews, and in Google Play Console under Ratings and reviews. Both stores also offer APIs for replying.
Do I need an API key?
You need an OpenRouter or Google Gemini API key unless the site's host has configured one. Add yours in the settings; it is stored only in your browser.
